What a Health Coach Cannot Do
Diagnosing illness, prescribing medication, providing treatment, prescribing therapeutic diets, or delivering psychotherapy are all within the domain of licensed medical professionals. A health coach is not a replacement for medical care — rather, we specialize in supporting lifestyle improvement and behavior change. Used alongside appropriate medical care, coaching becomes even more effective.
